RunReady
Everything before you roll.
Built to protect drivers · improve safety · make every run more efficient
One app. Everything you need.
RunReady replaces the 5 to 10 separate tools most OTR drivers use today. Truck-legal routing, departure weight checks, route weather, fuel and stop planning, yard intelligence, and RITA — a hands-free voice assistant — all in one place, built for one-thumb operation at highway speed.
Below is what already works today, followed by what we’re still building. We label the difference — you shouldn’t find out on the road.
What works today
Built, in the app, and used on real runs.
Truck-legal routing
HERE-powered routing that accounts for your weight, height, length, and hazmat class. Not a generic "avoid trucks" toggle — a route built for your rig as configured.
RITA voice assistant
Ask for your route, weather, weight, or next stop without taking your hands off the wheel. Selectable personalities so she sounds the way you want her to.
Departure weight check
A real gross weight projection before you pull out — fuel, freight, and equipment accounted for, so you know what the scale will say before you cross it.
Off-route recalculation
If you leave the route, RunReady recalculates automatically — and always asks before it changes your route. No silent reroutes into something you can't fit under.
Real-time hazard reporting
Drivers report closures, low clearances, backups, and bad conditions, and those reports show up for the drivers behind them right away.
Yard Cards
Real facility intel — gate procedures, check-in, parking, overnight rules — sourced from drivers and real dispatch records, with photos.
Route weather
Weather sampled along your actual route at the time you'll be there — not just current conditions at your location.
Hazmat trip setup
Select your actual DOT hazard class and the route respects the restrictions that come with it — tunnels, bridges, and prohibited segments avoided.
Federal and state bridge and weigh-station data
Real government-sourced bridge clearance and weigh-station records — not crowd guesses or scraped estimates. Coverage is real and growing, but not yet nationwide (see below).
Real, but still being built
These exist in the app right now, but they are not finished. Treat them as a second opinion, not as your only source.
Bridge and weigh-station coverage
The data is real federal and state data, and it's growing. Coverage is strongest in the Midwest, South, and East today, and we're still expanding westward. Verify before you commit to a clearance out west.
Truck stop and travel center directory
Real national data is in the app, but we're still refining accuracy, amenities, and parking details.
CAT Scale locations
Just added. Still tuning exactly how and when scale locations surface along your route.
Fuel network preferences
Mark your in-network fuel stops so they stand out on route. Brand new and not yet tested with real drivers.
Trailer-type-specific features
Tanker safety warnings, reefer fuel tracking, and additional trailer presets are actively being built this week.
Subscription tiers
Free, Standard, Pro, and Fleet tiers are mapped out and feature access is built, but payment processing is not live yet. Pricing and checkout will be enabled once alpha feedback is in.
Join the Early Access List
RunReady is in closed alpha with a small group of professional OTR drivers. Request access and we'll reach out when spots open.
OTR drivers who participate in Alpha testing receive Pro tier free for 6 months.
Built by two former Army aviators and working truck drivers — designed from the ground up with driver safety as the actual priority, not an afterthought.
We use this app ourselves. Every feature starts with what drivers actually need out on the road.
