RunReady Terms of Service

RunReady LLC, 203 Lillian St, Rincon, GA 31326
1. Using RunReady
You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for your account and the info you enter, including your rig profile.
2. You are the driver
RunReady is a planning tool. It does not replace your training, judgment, posted signs, or the law. Always verify bridge clearances, weight limits, routes, and weigh station status yourself. Use RunReady hands-free or while parked, and follow all FMCSA and state rules on mobile phone use.
3. Data accuracy
Route, clearance, weather, weigh station, and Yard Card info comes from third-party sources and other drivers. It may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. We do our best, but we don't guarantee it.
4. Community reports
Reports you submit must be honest. By submitting one, you allow RunReady to show it to other drivers, without your name attached.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of your paid period.
6. No warranty
RunReady is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RunReady LLC is not liable for accidents, fines, citations, delays, damage, or losses resulting from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that abuse the app or submit false reports.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and notify you in the app or by email.
