RunReady Privacy Policy

Our promise: We do not sell your data. We never will. Driver privacy is a core principle of RunReady, not a setting.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, phone number
- Rig profile: height, weight, trailer type, and similar details you enter
- Location: your latest GPS position (for navigation, speed, sunrise/sunset times, and the shared live map), your trip records (start, destination, and route), and GPS data used to improve navigation accuracy. Live map sharing is on by default, shows your truck without your name only to drivers in your referral or training network, and can be turned off in Me → Privacy.
- Voice: when you talk to RITA, your audio is sent to an outside AI service to be converted to text. RunReady does not save your recordings or conversations.
- Reports you submit: weigh station status, Yard Card info, and similar community reports
- Documents you scan or forward: VIN scans, bills of lading, photos, and dispatch emails
How we use your phone number
Only to follow up if you received an invite code and haven't activated your account. No marketing texts or calls. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Service providers
We share data only as needed to run RunReady:
- Lovable: hosts the app and website, sends waitlist emails
- Supabase: stores app data
- Mapbox and HERE: maps and truck routing
- Tomorrow.io: route weather
- sunrise-sunset.org: sunrise and sunset times for your location
- ElevenLabs: RITA's voice
- OpenAI via Lovable's AI Gateway: RITA speech-to-text and answers
- Google Gemini via Lovable's AI Gateway: reads VIN scans, bills of lading, photos, and forwarded dispatch messages
- Postmark: receives dispatch emails you forward into the app
- NHTSA (U.S. government): looks up your truck by VIN
- Your phone's built-in voice typing (Apple or Google): the microphone in Direct To search
- Stripe: payments, when paid plans launch
These providers may process your data only to provide their service to us.
Community reports
Reports you submit help other drivers and may be shown to them. They are not linked to your name publicly.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. GPS data used to improve navigation accuracy is automatically deleted after 7 days. Failed dispatch emails are deleted after 30 days. You can delete individual trips from your trip history anytime.
Deleting your account
Delete your account anytime in the app: Me → Privacy → Delete my account. We delete your personal data within 30 days: your profile, rig and truck records, trips, location data, scans, and dispatch emails. Community reports you submitted stay in the app with your identity removed, because other drivers rely on them. You can also email info@getrunready.com for help.
Age
RunReady is for users 18 and older.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app or by email.
